Meeting Called to order at: 12:25pm

Invitees: Michelle Stacey, Vicki Armstrong, Sharon McKinney, Richard Harris, Natasha Labek, Blair Mitchell, Fran Ford, Betty Skief, Jennifer Murphy, Gabby Stepp, Natalie Franks, Maggie Amundson, Jaclyn Percival, Schaffen Boss.

Reading of the last minutes. Jennifer moves to approve, Michelle seconds. Motion passes unanimously.

Treasurer’s Report: Michelle reports the amount of $12, 185.34. 

Old Business:

            a.) Show team expenses

            b.) Help for the March 15^th Opportunity Sale

New Business:

            a.) Jaclyn motions to reimburse Harris ($250.41) for purchasing tires for equestrian team trailer. Jennifer seconds. Motion passes unanimously.

            b.) Michelle motions to pay CAL card for $43.19 for the purchase of an ice chest. Schaffen seconds. Motion passes unanimously

            c.) 2 Arrangements for secretaries at main campus. Amount to be voted upon at next meeting.

            d.) Poker Ride- Tentative date Sunday, April 20. $75 to use a school horse. $50 using your own horse

            e.) Ag Mania! April 24^th volunteers

            f.) Disease and Sanitation trip approval. Club will be paid and will cover expenses. Schaffen motions. Sharon seconds. Motion passes unanimously.
